Availability Rules

Slot availability is determined by working days, special rules, and holiday calendars. Holidays and overridden rules take highest priority and may block bookings.

Each confirmed booking generates a unique QR code used for entry verification. Entry is permitted only when:

10. Limitation of Liability

SMART_QUEUE is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. The platform is not liable for delays, missed appointments, or external system failures.
