SMART_QUEUE is a digital appointment and queue management platform that enables:
All bookings are strictly based on predefined time slots configured by service providers. Slot duration may vary depending on service type and organization rules.
Slot availability is determined by working days, special rules, and holiday calendars. Holidays and overridden rules take highest priority and may block bookings.
Each confirmed booking generates a unique QR code used for entry verification. Entry is permitted only when:
Users who fail to appear for scheduled appointments may be automatically marked as "No-Show".
Repeated no-shows may result in temporary restriction from booking services, as configured by the respective organization.
Cancellations are allowed only within the time window defined by the service provider. Some bookings may be non-cancellable based on organizational policies.
Any attempt to disrupt scheduling logic, manipulate booking slots, or misuse QR verification will result in account restriction.
Users must not engage in fraudulent bookings, automated abuse, or unauthorized system access.
The system dynamically generates slot availability based on working days, special rules, and holiday configurations. No hardcoded scheduling logic is used.
SMART_QUEUE is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. The platform is not liable for delays, missed appointments, or external system failures.
